The thesis itself, for the University of Pennsylvania, and available from ProQuest (former University Microfilms) included only a few chapters extracted from this full document. The document here also contains Chomsky's hand-written annotations that he made in preparation for the publication of this work as the book, The Logical Structure of Linguistic Theory, University of Chicago Press, 1975. That book also excluded several chapters and appendices that are included in the complete document here.
